Victor is a wild character, when you first see him you instantly assume he is on drugs. He rarely looks at people in the eye especially if they are not his buddies. His deep and loud voice makes him sound like he has a lot of conviction behind his words. He is of average height (6'0") and has a good build meaning he has done well in the brawls from his past. He is really good at his profession as a dealer disguised as a traditional merchant but he has still done some time in jail for stealing and selling drugs. He met with Rio while in jail and decided to be partners in crime the moment they got out. He is a hardcore alcoholic and enjoys hosting parties involving illegal narcotics. Vic and Rio have been running their business for about three years and they have been doing really well eliminating the competition. Vic handles the clients that come in and Rio handles the clients that stand in their way. |
